Responsibilities:

Global Project Program Management

• promote cross-functional projects independently as a Program Manager (often multi-country projects)
• Designing the flow/process of promoting projects (including meeting times amp; agenda) and execute
• Assist in coordinating and promoting information gathering amp; consensus building in various cross-functional projects
• Attend key company meetings and understand various business contexts

CSO’s Office member's support work

• Multi-lingual translation of project materials + interpretation amp; communication support for some important meetings (small workload, as we also have a dedicated translation team in the company)
• Other day-to-day support work

• More than 3 years work experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate smoothly with people from various countries and backgrounds within and outside the company.
• Experience in project management
• The work will involve important company information and requires the ability to judge the importance and scope of the information
• Language
  • Japanese: Business
  • English: Business
  • Chinese: native

Preferred Requirement

• Experience of living abroad (especially in Japan)
