We are looking for a Freelance Trainer with experience in call centers. Training sessions will be performed in class and online.
You will be reporting to our Operations Director and work as a real partner with our Client's Trainer and Area Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to:
1. Animate training sessions on call center programs and selling skills / Coaching
2. Work closely with our Clients to agree on the best way to improve the team's competencies (implement targeted training actions or coaching sessions)
3. Reporting and analysis (team feedback during training sessions and training impact analysis)
Requirements
- Retail industry experience of at least 2-3 years in training or experience in different call center organizations. Preferred candidates shall have relevant experience with call centers.
- Communication skills (verbal and written) : Mandarin and English are a must
- Business Ownership with the ability to initiate amp; propose
- Customer and sales oriented. Luxury experience is a plus.
- Organization skills
- Confident speaker, ability to mentor and lead
- Dynamism, Extrovert
- Good presentation skills
