We are now looking for a Client Relationship Manager.
In this position, based in Shanghai, China and reporting to the Country Manager, you are in charge of maintaining and building strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, coordinating with internal departments and preparing presentations. Your other key responsibilities would include:
- To Manage a portfolio of clients and understand their situation and challenges
- To develop relevant programs and solutions to serve brand’s customer experience needs
- To propose relevant additional solutions/services to drive added value on the brand’s customer experience
- To develop and grow our turnover with each client
- To translate client’s needs and objectives into internal documents and coordinate with multiple teams within Albatross to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- To manage accounts receivables within the company guidelines
- To help build high value reports with the analyst team by analysing data from multiple sources and works on deciding report analysis templates and formats
- To deliver engaging and memorable face to face presentations to our clients
Type of position: Full time, permanent
Working hours: 9 am 6 pm (lunch break included), Monday to Friday
Requirements
Education
University Degree in Management, Marketing or Communication, Sales or Economics, Master’s Degree preferred
Experience
Minimum 4 years working experience in project management, exposure with premium and luxury products or services, preferably in a retail, consulting, sales environment or market research industry.
