Position: Senior Manager (sports) Location: Shanghai Reporting line: Director
Responsibilities:- Provide strategic consultancy and play as key interface for day-to-day account management - Lead the team to develop and execute annual/project communications plans based on clients’ briefings. - Independently manage large-sized projects.- Understand clients’ businesses and always catch up with latest industry trends. - Understand up-to-date communications trends and media landscape, and map out key social influencers/KOLs at various platforms. - Provide clear and accurate briefings to subordinates, edit/proof read the works delivered by subordinates and provide prompt feedbacks/de-briefings.
Requirements: - 5-6 years of experience in PR/Social marketing communications. Experienced in FMCG is preferred. - Good PR/Social planning skills bilingually and able to possess creative and social mind-set that can drive social stunts and talk-ability- Good bilingual written skills and experienced in various press materials development, including press release, social post, feature story, advertorial, speech, letter. - Able to lead the project/working team to develop communications plan (PR/social) for clients and campaign plans involving multiple amplifiers that include but not limit to celebrity, KOL, and media etc.- Strong ownership/leadership and ensure that project team can move on in progress as well as provide deadlines based on DDL- Able to switch the roles in-between retainer team as well as project teams dynamically. - Great communication/coordination skills in the collaboration over cross-function/account teams- Previous experience of coaching and managing more junior employees- Enthusiastic in sports and the brand, dynamic and proactive team player with a strong can-do attitude- Good relations and resources with key national/regional/international media and KOL stakeholders.
