Responsibilities Establish vision for Edelman Digital in China. Develop business plan and execute.• Grow business profitably, based on customer needs and market insights• Oversee and align operations to ensure we consistently deliver results that our clients value• Develop agency digital products for the China market based on that markets unique environment• Build agency capabilities in line with digital vision, business plan, and operational realities• Identify, pursue and win business with new and existing clients• Serve as senior client counselor and relationship manager• Vision to train a team of curious digital experts in their discipline and how it can bring value to clients• Amazing writing and presentation skills• Mentor, coach and support team members ensuring constant development of their skills• Provide strategic counsel, guidance and leadership to staff, supervising several staff members, and ensuring the team's success by managing work quality and productivity levels• Consistently hold self and staff accountable for behavior and performance• Contribute to business growth through introducing clients to new capabilities, building network of industry contacts and participating in relevant professional organizations• Maintain relationships with senior-level client contacts and internal contacts• Partner with colleagues and teams across practices and sectors for the benefit of Edelman clients• Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goalsQualificationsBasic Qualifications• 12-15 years of deep digital, social media, and content experience. Marketing and advertising background is a plus• Track record of running profitable Pamp;L/department. • Proven ability to execute on a vision and ability to develop digital products and bring digital marketing innovations to market• Account planning experience and the latest and most innovative methods for obtaining customer insights and creating relevant, inspiring brands• A demonstrated track record of developing and executing digital transformation, social media, and paid performance.• A forward thinker in the digital space that knows how to demonstrate the value of digital to our clients as well as internal stakeholders • Experience analyzing brand equity in context of trends and consumer motivations in order to define the most compelling opportunities for brands• Track record of developing and executing profitable campaigns that meet client objectives • Strong leadership qualities including superb people management skills.• Ability to attract, motivate, empower, coach and retain staff• Demonstrated staff management experience with strong leadership skills reflecting the ability to hire, motivate, develop, and lead• A strong track record in business development and a tireless desire to win• An understanding of the creative process and experience with creative concepting• An ability to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environmentEdelman is a glo
