Hempel has an ambitious goal of doubling Hempel's revenue in the next five years, and as a Pioneer Graduate, we expect you to be a vital part of that. During the 18-month programme you will get a deep understanding of our business, our values and our way of leading people. Through intensive on-the-job experiences, executive mentoring, training weeks, you will get a career where no one sets the limit for you but become the best you can be.
Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to
Your graduate period will consist of three rotations of approximately six months each.
Your 1st rotation will be in the Production and Technical department They will be anchored in understanding Hempel products, process and quality standard system.
Your 2nd rotation will be in the CSR and CP department. In the CSR department, you will have chance to learn the order processing, and AX system operations. In the CP department, you will learn the production planning, raw material planning, MRO purchasing.
Your 3rd rotation will be in with our Supply Chain team in Europe or Group Supply Chain in Denmark
Your home base will be at our new factory in Zhangjiagang. Your position is global, so you get a six-month placement abroad. You’ll experience life and work in other cultures. You’ll build a global network of like-minded lighthouse leaders – ready to take Hempel to another level.

We’re looking for graduates who want to take a leading role in a truly global and multicultural company with an ambitious growth strategy.
You have graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last two years or will graduate from university or business school no later than 1 September 2021, major in chemical and related.
Experience from living, working or studying abroad will be a plus.
Willing to work in front line or project.
You have a collaborative and inclusive mindset and are eager to build strong relationships across a global organisation.
Most importantly, you’re ambitious and possess the drive and ability to become a future leader. You’re motivated by making a difference - and by making other people shine.
