APAC Customer Services Officer

Shenzhen, China

As our APAC Customer Services Officer, you will plan and communicate the QMS audit schedule for Regulatory Services clients. By doing this you’ll help to ensure an efficient service and adhere to strict regulatory requirements.

On a typical day you’ll manage your assigned territory to maximise performance of audit delivery, work in partnership with other teams in the organisation and monitor and maintain databases. You’ll also be a focal point to our clients, gaining their dedication whilst providing excellent customer service.

To thrive in this career, you must:

Be able to speak and write fluently in both English and Mandarin (Standard Chinese) languages

Have experience using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) to complete daily tasks

Be able to plan, coordinate and structure and deliver on targets

Take pride in your customer service and complaint resolution skills

Be our advocate in all your conversations with clients, your team and wider organisation
