Sydney Windows & Doors (SWD) is a fast-growing company based in Sydney, Australia, specializing in premium aluminium windows and doors for luxury homes, duplexes, townhouses, and apartments. We deliver high-quality, AS2047-compliant glazing solutions with precision, speed, and reliability.
We are expanding and want to bring talented work-from-home professionals from China into our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review quotes from client enquiries using excel and odoo software
- Interpret drawings and specifications; prepare and submit shop drawings if needed
- Liaise with builders, designers, engineers, suppliers, and installers
- Negotiate and coordinate contracts, orders, and schedules
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality at all stages
- Support both fabrication and on-site installation teams with clear instructions
- Ensure safety, compliance, and timely project delivery
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Able to work remotely and independently (work from home based)
- Experience in Construction Management, Windows & Doors, Glazing, or related fields
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international team environment
