Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for a leading luxury fragrance brand to drive sales strategy, lead high-performing retail teams, and deliver exceptional client experiences across multiple points of sale. The role involves managing business performance, building strong retail partnerships, and championing brand excellence while fostering loyalty and growth in the region.
The Role.
Business Strategy & Performance Management
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies for the region to exceed revenue and KPI targets.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor movements to propose counter-strategies and action plans.
- Manage regional budget control, forecasting, and allocation of retail marketing resources to maximize ROI.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing retail team (counter managers, beauty advisors, etc.).
- Build a motivated, mission-driven environment that embodies the passion for luxury fragrance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and deliver continuous coaching for professional growth.
Retail Excellence & Client Experience
- Oversee all points of sale within the region (boutiques, department store counters, specialty beauty chains) to ensure compliance with global standards in merchandising, inventory, and operations.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring every client interaction delivers a memorable and immersive experience.
- Lead Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives to strengthen loyalty and repeat purchases.
Channel & Partnership Management
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with key retail operators in the region.
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute store openings, product launches, and exclusive events.

Requirements & Skills
The Expertise.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales management in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail; regional exposure preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, coach, and grow diverse teams.
- Business Acumen: Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Language & Skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Other: Frequent travel within the region required.
