Job Description

Role Overview:
We're seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive B2B sales and expand our Client base. You'll work directly with local Hardware Clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a background in Hardware, or a strong desire to excel in B2B Client management.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in local Hardware Market

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Clients

Understand Client needs and recommend suitable product solutions for our clients

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and activities.

Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Represent the company professionally at trade events or Client meetings.

Job Specification

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Prior experience in B2B sales (preferred), especially in Hardware, construction, or related industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and Client management.

Familiarity with local Hardware Market dynamics is highly advantageous.
