Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities globally through various channels such as trade shows, online platforms, and direct outreach.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with international clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to international markets.
- Stay informed about industry developments and changes in international trade regulations to adapt business strategies accordingly.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreign trade, preferably within the fitness, sports, or outdoor product sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully developing new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of international trade practices, regulations, and logistics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM and other sales-related software tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
