Job Description:

We are looking for a Chinese Interpreter and Purchasing Associate to join our team in Yiwu, China. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken) and have a strong understanding of the language for effective communication and business operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with translations, interpreting during business meetings, and managing purchasing tasks. Full training will be provided to ensure the candidate is well-equipped to handle the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an interpreter for Chinese language (written and spoken) during business communications.
• Assist in translation of documents, contracts, and business correspondences.
• Work closely with the purchasing department to help with sourcing and procurement.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors, ensuring clear and precise communication.
• Support in negotiations and coordination of product purchases.
• Handle administrative tasks related to purchasing and supply chain management.
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and be a flexible team player.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken) – Mandatory.
• Strong understanding of business communication in Chinese.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to purchasing tasks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Previous experience in purchasing or as an interpreter is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
• Willingness to be based in Yiwu, China for the role.
