About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules and calendars, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information and maintain high levels of discretion.
- Assist with project management and coordination.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation, minutes taking, and follow-up actions.
- Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy and organised workspace.
- Assist with the application of licenses for restaurant outlets and act as the communication gatekeeper between employees and Management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using productivity tools and software for calendar management, document preparation, and data entry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
