We are looking for a full-time English Teacher for an International Kindergarten based in Beijing starting ASAP or July 2024.

Job details

• Teach the school’s English curriculum to Kindergarten school students either aging 0 to 2.5 or 2.5 to 6 using the Montessori approach
• Prepare lessons, lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
• Asses and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Hold or participate in parents’ meetings
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, each campus may differ

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Teach at least one extra-curricular class per school term, extra-curricular courses that take place outside of regular work hours once a week, one hour.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• More than 2 years experience in ESL early childhood education
• Need a letter of 2 experience (volunteer, part-time acceptable if an applicant is a recent graduate)
• Hold a TEFL/TESOL/ELL Certification
• Non-criminal record within 6 months
• Montessori Certification (preferred) Skills
