We are looking for an Art Teacher for an International School based in Nanning. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2024.
About the school
Bilingual school situated in Yongning District of Nanning provides a complete K-12 education with an international focus. It comprises an early year’s center catering to pupils aged between 2 to 6 years and a separate day and boarding school for primary, middle, and high school students (aged 6 to 18 years) that follows a bilingual British curriculum.
Job responsibitlies
- Provide a well-rounded art education to students from kindergarten to middle school and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
- Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
- Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
- Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
- Develop supportive and safe learning environments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- More than 2 years related working experience
- Hold a teaching certificate
- Working knowledge of the National Curriculum of England including EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, IGCSE/GCSE, and A Levels as appropriate
- Excellent English communication skills
