Requirements

Essential

• University undergraduate students preferred majors: law, political science, finance, economics, area studies
• English and Chinese (fluent)
• Ability to express complex research findings in clear written English
• Computer literacy

Preferred

• Some knowledge of or experience in a business environment

• Ability to carry out thorough, detail-oriented research that provides a comprehensive view of a subject
• Must be able to meet deadlines under pressure

• Strong analytical mindset

• Effective communication skills written and oral ability to communicate research topics, and more complex concepts in discussion with case managers
