- Assist with organizing and facilitating team and events
- Collaborate with the Engineering leaders to develop and execute strategic plans, goals, and initiatives for the engineering organization
- Partner with internal stakeholders to organize events for recruiting, milestone celebrations, and company traditions
- Facilitate effective communication channels within the engineering organization and ensure key messages are disseminated
- Be the go-to person for general operational questions and troubleshooting
- Give constructive feedback to Engineers and address inter-personal issues
What you'll bring:- Bachelor's degree and eight years of solid relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience
- 1-3 years of administrative and supervisory experience
- Organized and detail-oriented someone who can juggle multiple priorities at once, the ability to multi-task and perform in high-stress situations
- Business fluent English language skills both written and verbal
