We are looking for a Primary School Teacher (Units of Inquiry) for an International school located in Guangzhou. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in February 2024.

Job details
- Engage in tasks such as preparation, marking, report writing, and other administrative activities linked to teaching subjects like English, UOI, Science to primary school students
- Take part in departmental meetings, contribute to planning, participate in in-service training, and perform invigilation duties as directed by administrators
- Collaborate closely with the IB Coordinator and fellow educators to develop curriculum when necessary
- Make time for student conferences outside of class hours
- Ensure advisors and Coordinators are promptly informed about any concerns regarding student attendance, academic performance, or behavior
- Design a curriculum incorporating lessons, units, themes, and activities that foster student growth and development
- Provide impactful lessons and guide experiences that enhance student skills and engagement, along with timely feedback on student work
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any subject
- more than three years teaching experience
- IB/A-Level teaching experience is an asset
- Recognized TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate
- Eligible for the English teaching work visa
