About Global Partnership Team (Supply-Side)The team’s mission is to ensure the success of Coda by committing ourselves to the success of our digital content and service partners. This global team of business development professionals partners with the world’s leading publishers and app developers to leverage Coda solutions to execute situationally dependent strategies that connect partner supply (digital content and services) to global consumer demand and measurably drive partner revenue and margin growth.
About This RoleThe Creator Economy Team is a newly established team under the Global Partnership Team (Supply Side) China team. The book of business within the segment includes key accounts like Bigo, TikTok, Likee, Huya, Kwai, Mico, etc. This team is expected by many as the next key breakthrough function within the company. Coda’s Account Manager, Creator Economy PPT China, will be managing some of the key accounts within this segment and to help shape the future of this team’s growth on strategies, product solutions, marketing support, etc.Responsibilities:
- Facilitate growth on driving sales of book of Creator Economy business at Coda
- Take ownership of managing key accounts in different industry verticals, such as live streaming and reading
- Help drive key strategies to resolve any blockers or strategies that the creator economy business might or have run into and support relevant functions to make the changes happen
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments such as product, technical, finance, and marketing to ensure a successful partnership with key accounts
- Work collaboratively with Project Management, Engineering, Product, and Product Operations to ensure efficient and timely technical integrations
- Collaborate internally to create an interlock with Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to assist with cross-selling opportunities for key accounts
- Work in partnership with Marketing teams to facilitate go-to-market, live service, and key marketing campaign execution to drive revenue through repeat spend
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in sales or account management roles; knowledge of live-streaming, creator economy, and the mobile app industries is preferred.
- A strong track record of leading key accounts in the B2B world
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to contribute to a high-growth business
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Excellent presentation skills
