Job Description
1 - REPORTS TO: NI Procurement QA Supervisor
2 - QUALIFICATION:
The NI Procurement QA Inspector is responsible to the NI Procurement Supervisor to audit NI procurement QA/QC activities and ensure they are in accordance with the Project and vendor QA/QC programs. To successfully perform his/her duties he or she:
- Shall be familiar with the general design of nuclear power plants
- Shall have experience operating and/or working on nuclear power plants
- Shall have experience working on EPC projects
- Shall be fluent in written and spoken English
- Shall have a Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent
- Shall have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
3 - RELATED SOFTWARE PROGRAMS, DOCUMENTS AND PROCEDURES:
a. Related Software Programs to be used:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook, or equivalent
- Documentum
b. Related Software Programs to be familiar with:
- Project Execution Plan
- Final Executed Contract
- Contract Change Control Procedure
- All documents in Documentum
4 - RELATED TRAINING:
- Primavera, P3, P3e or equivalent
5 - FUNCTIONS:
- Audits NI Vendor QA/QC activities
- Assists with ensuring that Procurement QA/QC is in accordance with the contract
- Ensures QA/QC Program and Procedures are being followed

ATP + 10 months
7 - JOB DURATION TIME:
51 months
8 - SELF RELIANCE OBJECTIVE:
Works under the supervision of the NI Procurement QA Supervisor to ensure that Technology Transfer objectives are being met and that knowledge and experience required to ensure the Self-Reliance program is successful.
