The Account Manager of We Are Social will be responsible for social media communication project management for our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with different teams and show a strong enthusiasm for We Are Social and everything we represent.
As an Account Manager, You will:
- Offer professional social media marketing service to our major clients;
- Major Focus on proposal drafting amp; consolidation during project pitch preparation;
- Take briefing from clients, organize brainstorming with creative team, lead ops team to finish the cost estimation amp; operational proposals, and consolidating final proposal under the instruction of key direction amp; strategy from Account Directors;
- Proceed with contract process and payment issue with finance team;
- Finish the daily job task with better efficiency and result;
- Finish the monthly/quarterly data analysis and report for the clients;
- Conduct social listening projects both for clients and competitors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with fluent English (both Oral and Writing), major in advertising,business administration, event marketing and English, etc is preferred;
- At least 3 years working experience, in social media marketing field;
- Customer oriented, with acute sense for social media marketing industry amp; latest and advanced technology;
- Good at Chinese/English documents/proposals drafting;
- A good team leader, can work independently under great pressure;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English, good PC/MAC and office software skills;
- Open personality and proactive working attitude towards challenges and problems.
