Euromonitor’s research methodology is based on the understanding that the best research is carried out as close to the source as possible and to gain best access to local information we employ Contract Analysts across our research markets. Contract (in-country) Analysts form a key and integral part of Euromonitor’s global research operations. Our use of contract-based workers also affords the flexibility required for the range and volume of projects which are a feature of our ad hoc research arm’s operations.
The Research Operations Team is in charge of channeling the sources that needed in our research projects, such as managing Contract (freelance) Analysts’ full life cycle at Euromonitor, and building expert panel for industry knowledge needed in our projects . This includes recruitment, contracting and onboarding, training, project allocation, career development, evaluation and compensation on InCountry Analyst, as well as recruiting and managing industry experts.
Reporting to the APAC Research Operations Team Lead, and being part of the Global Research Operations Team, this role is tasked with supporting the recruitment, management, training and development of our analyst pool through the assigned countries within the APAC region, both for Syndicated and Consulting research teams. The focus of this role is primarily recruiting and successfully onboarding new InCountry Analysts to the pool, but also supporting other activities related to the health of our regional analyst pool. At the meantime, it may have some exposure in industry expert recruitment and management.
