Job Description

  • Proactively research, network and recruit industry experts and decision makers to participate in our research studies via phone interviews and advisory consultations.
  • Filter incoming CVs (from applications or referrals), evaluate and vet candidate suitability prior to their employment by conducting telephone interviews with prospective industry experts.
  • Master and maintain applicant tracking software, files, and websites, and see to their efficient and effective use by all relevant staff.
  • Provide prospects with an overview of Euromonitor’s methodologies and processes.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of all new experts and analysts by providing them with our onboarding material (including training for ICAs), and relevant log-in to our IT systems.
  • Lead the recruitment, management, project allocation, evaluation and compensation of the expert and analyst pools.
  • Ensure all necessary documents are accurate and stored before approving contractor profiles.
  • Leverage the best sources for each country in which we operate and improve processes for recruiting analysts and experts.
  • Actively participate in the ideation, planning and execution of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that experts and analysts are used most effectively through offices in the region e.g. in projects under the identified regional growth priorities.
  • Ensure that all successful candidates have an overview of Euromonitor before starting their roles as well as all the required knowledge of Tamp;Cs, PP Etc.
  • Support on internal trainings regarding best practices on expert panel and contractor management, as well as other ROPs initiatives as required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Experience in recruiting and interviewing internationally (3-5 years ideally), preferably in head hunting for consulting and/or market research clients.
  • Experience in market research is ideal but not a must. Commissioning or direct research or expert networking experience a plus
  • Expert usage of social media and online advertising.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business environment including multiple channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and great ability to energetically position the company and project opportunities.
  • Autonomous and self-motivated
  • Great executer but with long-term strategic vision
  • Oral and written fluency in Chinese and English
  • Natural aptitude to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
