Business Development Associate (On-site)
The position of a Business Development Associate has the following responsibilities:
Proactively research and identify potential clients and opportunities through various channels.
Engage with prospects through various methods to generate interest and qualify leads.
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, nurturing leads through regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track marketing activities, update prospect and client information.
Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing marketing activities, pipeline progress, and business development metrics for management review.
Requirements
The Successful Applicant
Outstanding communication skills - English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
Ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure.

Ability to work part of a team as well as work autonomously.
Highly motivated to be part of a growing organization.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
