We Are Social is a marketing and advertising company seeking a highly creative and experienced (Senior) Art Director to join our dynamic team. the SeniorArt Director will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts that effectively communicate our clients' messages and branding. This is a fast-paced and exciting role that requires a highly organized and driven individual with exceptional attention to detail.

• Develop and execute creative ideas for marketing and advertising campaigns, including branding, digital, social media,
• Ensure that all creative materials are aligned with the client's brand guidelines and objectives.
• Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create effective marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Present creative concepts to clients and receive feedback to revise and improve the final product
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust the creative direction to achieve clients' goals.

Requirements

• Preferably experienced in luxury car brands and fluent in Italian.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably within a social advertising agency.
• Capable of independently generating creative ideas and completing design tasks for projects.
• Possess excellent creative abilities, actively participating in brainstorming sessions and concept development.
• Familiarity with social media management.
• Strong execution skills, proficient in delivering presentations, and comfortable with internal and external processes and collaboration within an advertising agency.
• Proficient in various graphic design software and knowledgeable in office software.
• Exhibit a collaborative spirit and the ability to handle work pressure effectively.
