Responsibilities:
Proactively research and identify potential clients and opportunities through various channels such as market research, networking events, industry associations, and online platforms.
Engage with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods to generate interest and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, nurturing leads through regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, including preparing sales proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in negotiations to close deals.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and recommend adjustments to sales strategies accordingly.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage and track sales activities, update prospect and client information, and generate reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing sales activities, pipeline progress, and business development metrics for management review.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively present ideas to clients.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin basic in English.
