If you are passionate about building meaningful relationships and connections and have a logistics or airfreight background - this could be the role for you:

Here's what you'll do:

  • Start building the relationship with the client and present SkyCell's solutions
  • Support Creation of Account Development Plan under supervision of a BD Director or Head of BD
  • CRM management
  • Organize roadshows and local industry events and attend them to conduct container demo and smaller presentations as well as global industry events when required.
  • Complete NDA with clients
  • Prepare and Coordinate with account supporting teams, i.e. Key Account Management, Operations, Global Partner Management
  • Identify target lanes and work on the proposal together with a BD Director or the Head of BD
  • Create and present Proof of Concept and SLA agreement for the client with support
  • Lead local RFI / RFQ process in cooperation with Pricing amp; Solutions for opportunities
  • Close the deal and prepare for implementation together with a BD Director or the Head of BD
  • Collaborate and work closely with internal teams including Pricing and Marketing
  • Support the strategic part of Business Reviews
  • Ensure the right containers are qualified with the client and support the Product Manager during the qualification process
  • Support Account Management if escalations or issues need to be brought to higher level management at client (forecast issues, non-payment etc.)

Requirements

This is what you'll need:

  • Profound knowledge of logistic/supply chain processes in the pharma industry
  • Understanding of financial processes in the pharma industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Powerpoints, Word, Excel)
  • Proven understanding of customers decision making process (DMP)
  • Experienced in dealing with issues in DMP
  • Language: EN; major other European language as a plus
