• University graduate and major in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Good English technical material reading and writing skill. Good Spoken English Also.
• Sr. engineer with 10+ years

• 5 years manufacturing plant engineering amp; equipment maintenance management experience.

Nice-To-Haves

• Rubber related industry is prefer
• If not rubber industry, automobile is also good

Job Description

1.Setup investment plan for capacity expansion and OE project

- Equipment investment plan

- Annually equipment investment plan for capacity expansion

- OE special equipment investment plan

2.Goals setup amp; tracking for engineering amp; Maintenance department

- KPI setup for engineering amp; maintenance department amp; tracking

- Annually budget amp; spending plan setup amp; Tracking

- AR raising and tracking

3.Projects registered and assignment and tracking

- Project (includes new equipment, innovation project, kaizen project) registered

- Project assignment to engineering manager and maintenance manager

- Project tracking (budget, spending, safety, quality and timeline tracking)

4.Project achievement

- Search and find proper equipment/tooling for new product.

- Follow timeline to track equipment/tooling project

- All equipment tracking (includes current equipment) to ensure safety, quality and production requirement

5.System setup

Equipment/facility management

Teamwork amp; communication with other department
