We are looking for a Head of Overseas Community to join a major mobile gaming company in their Shanghai office. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible.
Job responsibilities
- Responsible for building the overseas community team, developing community operation strategies and business objectives for shooting games, and overseeing the overall community goals
- Maintain consistent content tone across different communities to ensure alignment with the overall brand positioning of the game
- Manage platform-wide community activities and content plans to ensure player satisfaction
- Facilitate positive communication between developers and game players, establish a two-way feedback mechanism between players and the development team, ensuring players feel valued and respected, and enabling the development team to understand the genuine needs of the users
Requirements
- Possessing over 5 years of experience in overseas community operation for games, familiar with the characteristics of major social media platforms in international markets
- A shooting game enthusiast
- In-depth understanding of Western gaming culture, fluent in both English and mandarin
- Having a deep player perspective and understanding of players
- Experienced in managing multinational teams
- Proficient in additional foreign languages is a plus
